Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order package to submit a statement of withdrawal for any goods purchased in our online store.
In addition, you have 14 days from the date of sending us a statement of withdrawal to return the item.
Return method
To return or complain about a product, please follow the steps below.
- 1Fill out and print the following form:
- 2Place the return form and the item you want to return in the shipping box.
- 3You can return the item through InPost parcel machines or any courier. Shipment details can be found in the return / complaint form.
- 4Save the shipping number so you can track it.
- 5The payment will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the package to the return point.
- 6We will process complaints within 14 days of the delivery of the package to the return point.
