Returns and withdrawal from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can submit the return online - from your account or as a guest, without logging in. You may also make another unequivocal statement of withdrawal before the deadline. After submitting, you send the goods back to the return point at your own expense.

How to make a return

  1. 1Submit a return using the form below or in the “My orders” tab after logging in.
  2. 2After submitting the return, download and complete the return form; please include it in the parcel.
  3. 3Pack the returned item - complete, as close as possible to its original condition and with tags attached, unless handling was necessary to inspect the product.
  4. 4Send the parcel back via an InPost parcel locker or any courier to the return address (at your own expense).
  5. 5Save the parcel number so you can track its delivery.
