Returns and Complaints

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order package to submit a statement of withdrawal for any goods purchased in our online store.

In addition, you have 14 days from the date of sending us a statement of withdrawal to return the item.

RETURN METHOD

To return or complain about a product, please follow the steps below.

  1. Fill out and print the following form:

  2. Place the return form and the item you want to return in the shipping box.

  3. You can return the item through InPost parcel machines or any courier.

  4. Save the shipping number so you can track it.

  5. The payment will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the package to the return point.

  6. We will process complaints within 14 days of the delivery of the package to the return point.
